My name is Julia Gagne, I am originally from Bonnyville Ab, Canada. 

I moved from there to Kelowna to follow my passion to become a CG modeler.

 

From a young age I played a lot of video games and watch a lot of movies. I remember the moment I realized I wanted to do this. I was playing the Sims 2 and I was looking at all the cool things in the game getting my house all set up when I thought man, I wish I could make things and put them in the game.

 

Over the next couple of years I started looking into school and places I could go to learn about how to make them. I found the Centre for Arts and Technology at a job fair in my hometown and a applied right out of high school. After coming to Kelowna I worked my butt off to get to where I am now.
